December 10 Our South Florida HomeHow would you like to travel to sunny warm Marco Island FL. and stay in your own 3 Bedroom / 2 bath house complete with a brand new private heated pool in a 1200 square foot screened lanai? All of this and a special rate for our family and friends, $190.00 for the first night, then just $85.00 per night after that. All Tax's and fee's are included. Because the house is an "Official Licensed Rental House" when you leave it has to be cleaned by a licensed service. No additional fees are required, but 10:00am check out must be adhered to. The house can be booked any time for the months mid-April through mid-December, however the agreement with our "Official Rental Agency" allows them exclusive booking rights mid-January through mid-April. You can fly into Fort Meyers, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach or Miami. You're bound to find a great airline rate at one these airports. You will find beautiful beaches, fantastic sunsets, great restaurants and almost always-sunny weather.
